Yes I agree with you. We are talking about something different from Document Types here. In fact we are describing the metadata for the representation of the document. So maybe Digital Document Metadata makes more sense. I also think we could add the DocumentTypeCode BBIE to this ABIE as well. But I am open to other suggestions as this is still not feeling quite right to me.
