Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-219) Access for People with disabilities part of project
Yves Jordan created UBL-219: ------------------------------- Summary: Access for People with disabilities part of project Key: UBL-219 URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-219 Project: OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC Issue Type: Improvement Components: Documents and business objects Environment: UBL - 2.2 Pre-Award Reporter: Yves Jordan Assignee: Cecile Guasch For a given project, it is necessary to specify whether access for people with disabilities is included, not included (because not foreseen for human beings), not included (for other reason to be specified). This should support the EU policyÂon implementation of theÂ"UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)",ÂWith a UN background, its interest expands beyond EU. Would there already be a specific way to mark such project scopeÂrequirements? There could be also other kind of requirements and the ProcurementProjectÂ"Description" may not be sufficient to distinguish them all. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.7.2#77003)
