Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-336) Product Carbon Footprint
Levine Naidoo created UBL-336: --------------------------------- Summary: Product Carbon Footprint Key: UBL-336 URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-336 Project: OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC Issue Type: New Feature Components: Documents and business objects Reporter: Levine Naidoo Assignee: Kenneth Bengtsson Given the extent and focus on sustainability as a key business imperative across the globe there is much activity in determining and declaring a product's carbon footprint. Does it makes sense for this to be explicitly captured as an information entity or is it sufficient to include under the AdditionalItemProperty? If it is explicitly captured, preferable as it may become more commonplace than some entities like HazardousItem or Certificates, then it would be good to capture the following a) Scheme by which the PCF was calculated such as PAS 2050, GHS Protocol Scope 1,2 or 3, ISO 14067 (there's probably a list, most likely not definitive at this stage) b) Footprint in kilogram of carbon dioxide equivalent per kilogram - KgCO2eq/Kg  -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.3#803004)
