Subject: Proposal for issues 1 and 10 (was: FW: [wsbpel] Fw: issue categories)
In case everyone thought this was about issue categories ;-) Danny has already opined that this makes a complex subject more complex. I believe this removes hidden trapdoors and allows the right degree of control. I am sure there are plenty of other opinions. Please post reactions and especially alternatives here if possible so everyone has time to think about the subject before the F2F (assuming you are coming!). The attached PPT describes a proposal for resolution. I would like to propose that we put this on the agenda for the F2F in Germany. The attached xls contains issue categories (based on work that Ivana and Monica have done); you may use Data->Sort to view it any way you like. In addition, let me propose that, instead of starting with issue 1 and just iterating through the list, we may address the following areas with higher priority: Issue 10 (Serialization of compensation) and the "permeable/reversible/serializable" discussion (also includes issue 1) Issue 11 (Query in <to> close should allow assigning to new locations) and other Data Handling issues (48, 63, 90, 103) Issue 4 (Dynamic parallel processing) Please let me know in case of any additional suggestions. (See attached file: BPEL Issues.xls) Kind Regards DK
