Issue 11 - resolution

The calculation for results for Issue
11 have been added to the ballot as a referece document.  You can
view them here:

The winner is option C:
Proposal from Ron Ten Hove on Oct. 25, 2005 (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/email/archives/200510/msg00094.html)
Note that this option includes rescinding the resolution to 48 and reclosing
it with a reference to the resolution to issue 11. 
Ron, congratulations and thanks for your efforts to get
this resolved.  May I ask that you send an email to the list with
issue 48 as the subject restating the new closing status?  


To post the results to the ballot, I
had to make an amendment to the ballot - unfortunately, this triggered
the email below which I think went to all members.  It appears to
be saying that the ballot is still open - which its not.  Sorry for
the confusion - I will alert the OASIS staff and ask that they fix the
balloting process.

Language (WSBPEL) TC has been amended.  This ballot was opened on
Friday, 28 October 2005 @ 12:00 ET and closes on Friday, 4 November 2005
@ 12:00 ET.

Note: if selected, this will be treated as a binding directional vote and
there will be follow up vote on the final spec language. 
B: Close with no change.
C: Proposal from Ron Ten Hove on Oct. 25, 2005 (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/email/archives/200510/msg00094.html)
Note that this option includes rescinding the resolution to 48 and reclosing
it with a reference to the resolution to issue 11.
D: Accept both proposals.  
E: None of the above.  

Please write in your preference in order in the field for the "Other"
option - eg, if you like option D best, B second best, A next, C next and
E last, please enter:  D>B>A>C>E.  (Commas are also
ok).  If you consider two choices equivalent, you may express that
with an = sign, for example in the last example, if you have no preference
between B and A, you would vote: D>B=A>C>E.
You may chose fewer than the 5 entries - the ones you do not list will
be treated as equally undesired.  For example, if you prefer B then
