Section 10.4 - Reply

Would anybody mind if we rename section 10.4 from:
   Providing Web Service Operations – Receive
to:
   Providing Web Service Operations – Receive and Reply

and add the reply activity to the introduction paragraph:
"A business process provides services to its partners through inbound
message activities (IMA - <receive>, <pick> and <onEvent>) and
corresponding <reply> activities. This section describes the details of
<receive> ***and <reply>*** activities (see sections 11.5. Selective Event
Processing – Pick and 12.6.1. Message Events for <onEvent>)."

If there is no objection then I create an Editing Action Item and do it in
the next editing cycle ...
