However, changes were minimal are also represented below
                        as applicable.

- Actions
        None.

- Issues

        Pending Issues:
i004 - Transitive closure spec dependencies
                * now in pending state per last meeting (Nov 13, 2007)
                  No additional information...still pending.

i012 - Editorial changes to section 2.7 Attributes...
                * No additional information...still pending.

        Active Issues:
i005 - Complex claim data types
                * In progress...still recovering from disk failure.

        i013 - Encoded wresult
                * In progress...based on prior discussions Marc working
                  out a proposal.

        New Issues:
        i015 - Non-standardized Normative References
                * This was opened by Hal as a result of discussion during
the last TC meeting (Nov 13th, 2007).  Since Mike Kaiser
was absent last meeting he had questions which Hal answered
                  regarding the options:
                        1) Downgrade references means reviewing the spec to see
if this is possible and moving these references to
                                the non-normative grouping.
                        2) Copying minimum required functionality into WSFED
spec is an option, but not a favored one.  There
                                is some president for this.
                        3) Getting the referenced documents standardized may be
outside the scope of this TC and therefore may not
                                be a viable option.
There was also a fourth option which was not previously
                  explicitly stated.
                        4) Do nothing.  Though not favored by many folks in the
standards community, OASIS has no formal prohibition
on referencing specifications that are not yet
standards, or that haven't formally entered a standards
body.  This may change if the OASIS board takes some
action between now and review/ratification, but it is
still unknown whether or how these changes might effect
                                WSFED.
At this point, this issue is meant to force discussion so that
as we get to a point of taking the next step forward, we have
                  explicitly made some decisions.

5. Interop
        - Marc working with Lloyd, Tony and others.  Lloyd indicated that the goal
is to get something else out in about two weeks.

6. Other business
- Calendar to be updated to add entries for next year.

7. Roll Call Additions
        - Greg Carpenter joined after initial roll call.

8. Adjournment
        - Adjourned.
