This year's Open Standards Forum introduces the most recent Web services standards & specifications by demonstrating real-world implementations, how they fit with existing systems, and how they're implemented as part of the leading software platform providers. Real-life public sector integration challenges will also be discussed.

Discuss Topics : 
- Review and discuss the revised WS-Quality Model v1.0 and WS-Quality Factors v1.0
- Discuss the way to reflect the changes made in WS-Quality Model and Ws-Quality Factor into WS-Quality Description Language v1.0's XML schema 
- Discuss possible collaborative action between SOA TC and WSQM TC
