WSRM mailing list posting

I have to enable those who attended the meeting to be able to post to 
the WSRM email list.

However, I tried to do this on sunday, and ran into extreme difficulty 
(the site seems to be broken).

I am traveling, and will return on Monday.

On Tuesday I will work on getting you all able to post to the list.
