I think this is a portion of the questions
discussed on a different thread (i.e. unclear behavior
for dynamic nav params and transient properties; see http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrp/email/archives/200602/msg00077.html).

A quick scan of the specification seems to imply that
the only valid
transientProperties are those that are declared in the service
description. I.e. you can't introduce new transientProperties by
returning them in an updateResponse. I say imply because the
description for RuntimeContext says the passed transientProperties
relate to those defined in the service description.
Two questions:
1) Is it our intent that transientProperties can't be dynamically
introduced via usage?
2) Should we be more explicit about this in the specification?
