Yes, everyone should be working on determining
if their company would be willing to switch to the "RF on Limited
Terms" mode. We will need to vote as a TC no later than early February
...

Since we have been dealing with IPR issues recently
I was wondering if
there would be need to get closure on IPR transition
as well? It seems that this would also require an explicit vote.
