XACML 2.0 namespaces - differences between normative XSDs and PDF/HTML/DOC documents

Hallo,
when working with the XACML 2.0 final specification (downloaded from
http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/2.0/XACML-2.0-OS-NORMATIVE.zip) I have
found following differences (guess not all :-( ) in XACML 2.0 namespaces
declarations between XSDs and PDF/HTML/DOC documents:

1) XACML Policy
  a) PDF: xmlns:xacml="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:policy"
  b) XSD: xmlns:xacml="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:policy:schema:os"

2) XACML Context
  a) PDF: xmlns:xacml-context="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:context"
  b) XSD: xmlns:xacml-context="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:
2.0:context:schema:os"

3) XACML SAML Assertion
  a) PDF: xacml-saml="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:saml:assertion:schema:os"

  b) XSD: xacml-saml="urn:oasis:xacml:2.0:saml:assertion:schema:os"

4) XACML SAML Protocol
  a) PDF: xacml-samlp="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:saml:protocol:schema:os"

  b) XSD: xacml-samlp="urn:oasis:xacml:2.0:saml:protocol:schema:os"

Could you please kindly tell me which ones are the valid ones? For us it's
quite a big issue because we must ensure interoperability of WS from
different vendors that are partly based on XACML 2.0 artifacts (context
Requests, Responses, etc.)
