Subject: RE: [xacml-dev] Conformance Tests for V2

I understand that creating tests for the spec with a good coverage a
very long and hard task, and it is very difficult to create a set of
tests that can cover all the functions. In fact conformance test that I
have are not covering 100% of the code, not because they are incomplete,
but because of design decisions in the implementation that in *certain*
situations a different execution path is performed.

Conformance tests for V2 are under MPL, if you need a different package
for them (i.e. a zip file), or adding a header to the files to establish
the licensing terms I can do that for you. They are available to
everyone in the community through CVS and they can be modified and
updated as desired.
I can't be "responsible" for maintaining them since this is not my
primary business and I'm working on this project because of personal
interests.

You can definitely count with my assistance for this and occasionally I
can found an available intern within Lagash and assign him to the
project as I did with the Policy edition tool.

Diego Gonzalez

There's must be an owner of Conformance tests v.1. If this owner can't
maintain the test suite, then someone else should take ownership of
this. You know how important it is to have a conformance test set. If
there's any help needed with technical stuff, I can offer myself. Maybe
Diego would contribute his work.
