1. Review agenda

  No changes.

2. Approved minutes of 13 November 2003.

3. Discuss issue of shifting concall schedule

   Will not shift.  Will resume normal schedule next week with
   yet another plenary meeting.

4. Approved leniency for anyone whose membership status is
   affected by missing this meeting due to Web Page reporting
   this as a Focus Group meeting.
   
5. 2.0 Work Item status

   o 7. Condition Reference: e-mail this morning leaves this open.

   o Version 2.0 would benefit from new section (like forward) 
     explaining this new version is not backward compatible, and
     listing new items.  Bill Parducci agreed to write this and
     it was made a new work item (#52).

   o Tim Moses expects a new draft early next week; has
     incorporated erratum and changes to target, including adding
     environment.
