agenda input request

now that we are in the post XACML v2.0 construction era it is time once 
again to look ahead. there have been a couple of proposals for 
consideration already, if there are others out there thinking along 
these lines or have other issues they wish raised at the next meeting 
please let myself or hal know so that they may be incorporated into the 
agenda for tomorrow's meeting.
