Minor error in schema fragments of 3.0 core spec

I just noticed that the schema fragments in chapter 5 for
RequestDefaults, PolicyDefaults and PolicySetDefaults have 
a minor error.

The all say: 
<xs:element ref="xacml:XPathVersion" minOccurs="0"/>

Whereas the schema says:
<xs:element ref="xacml:XPathVersion"/>


Note that chapter 5 specifically states that the schema fragments are
not normative.
