xrd:idref attribute

My last action item from yesterday's TC call was to confirm about usage of
an xrd:idref attribute in XRI Resolution 2.0 Working Draft 10.

We earlier decided such an attribute was needed to reference XRDs that may
already have been included in an XRDS document. However in preparing ED 05 I
was unclear whether:

a) W3C had created an "xml:idref" attribute to correspond with their
"xml:id" attribute now defined in the XML ID Recommendation, or...

b) We needed to create our own "xrd:idref" attribute and simply give it the
XSD type "idref".

Since I could not find any info about (a), I'm assuming (b) is true. If any
of the XML experts on the list know otherwise, please let me know, otherwise
(b) will be used in ED 07.
