OpenXRI Syntax 3.0 library

Hi all,

As some of you know, I have been experimenting with XDI a bit recently, and since XRI Syntax 3.0 is going to be used for that, I spent some time thinking on what an updated OpenXRI Syntax library would look like that supports 
3.0 syntax. For that purpose, I created the following page:

It outlines what I think are the basic requirements for such a library, and it also has a list of test cases. Maybe Drummond likes to check if they are correct, and also answer the questions at the bottom of the page :)

Apart from XDI implementations, that XRI syntax library obviously also has to support XRI resolution based on 3.0 syntax. So I hereby invite everyone to look at that page and add any additional requirements or thoughts!
