Shall the TC
 (a) approve version 1.3 of WS-BaseNotification, at http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/wsn-ws_base_notification-1.3-spec-pr-03.doc, as a Committee Specification, and
 (b) approve version 1.3 of WS-BrokeredNotification, at http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/wsn-ws_brokered_notification-1.3-spec-pr-03.doc, as a Committee Specification, and
 (c) approve version 1.3 of WS-Topics, at http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/wsn-ws_topics-1.3-spec-pr-02.doc, as a Committee Specification, and
 (d) send all three specifications for membership vote as an OASIS Standard?

This vote requires at least 2/3 of all WSN voting members to vote in the affirmative.
