Description

Meeting notes from the 12/9/09 telecon, reviewed and approved during the 12/22/09 telecon meeting.

The following corrections were made from the former document:
1) Gary Timm was added as being in attendance. He was introduced to the EM-TC in the minutes but not included in the attendance.
2) Comments made by Gary Ham in the infrastructure report were modified to add Gary's last name so as not to be confused with Gary Timm.
