Meeting Minutes of the Emergency Management Reference Information Model (RIM) Subcommittee for June 3, 2010. At today's meeting, the members discussed whether lists of values should be nested as a best practice and whether common components should be in their own namespace. Both issues were tabled after initial discussion for further study. The members also completed working their way through the list of issues for conformance, in other words how should the Distribution Element (DE) specification be interpreted to ensure a specific DE message is fully compliant with the specification.
