Resolved to make editorial changes identified such as those primarily found
and documented in approved Committee Draft Errata.

  1. Submit packages for Committee Specification vote for 7 days as officiated by OASIS TC administration. 
  2. Effect editorial changes and corrections as required following the vote for OASIS Standard submission.
  3. Given a successful Committee Specification vote, promote and submit for OASIS Standard by 15 October 2006.
  4. If successful with OASIS Standard vote, promote and initiate ISO standardization with assistance by
     OASIS given a successful OASIS standard vote.

Editorial changes are non-substantive in nature.

Approved without objections both 4 and 5 October 2006.

[1] Virtual with explicit response as he is in China on work detail and physically
joining was impossible.
