Description

The 3.1 version of the Web Services SIP adds support for MTOM. It uses WS-I Basic Profile 1.1 but replaces the Simple Soap Binding in the WS-I Attachments 1.0 Profile with the Simple Soap 1.1 Binding for MTOM.
