Draft 7 of RegRep 4 specifications.
This version is ready for final review and comments by TC before we put it up for TC approval vote.
ebRIM Changes:
-Fixed event model for pull
-Now pull is indicated by no DeliveryInfo element in Subscription
-deliveryMode replaced with notificationOption as in ebRIM 3
-New GetPendingNotification canonical query
-Fixed all figures
-Fixed all embedded issues in yellow
ebRS draft 7:
-Added GetNotification canonical query
-Added section "Pulling Notification on Demand"
-Added Version Control chapter
-Added missing examples in various places (e.g. UpdateObjectRequest)
