Updated set of basic XTemp scripts examples and use cases:
- aligned with XTemp rev0.97. minor upgrade.
- updated schema for lacking mixed content in <with-param>, support for <mask>, etc.
- cleaner @vptsync boolean tests in the translator.xsl
- schemalocation updated in all use cases
