Description

Contains the schemas and supporting artifacts for EML v7.0 draft for internal committee review.

Updates applied to match requirements for UOCAVA and Australia.
Update to dSig schema for latest W3C 2002/2008 specification.

XML instance samples added for UOCAVA use case. This draft is now feature complete for UOCAVA support.

Samples from Virginia 2010 VIP XML rendered as EML 505, 110, 230,150 and XSLT. CAM validation templates used to verify content and rules.

Dictionary in Excel format added.

Re-build of templates to match schema.

Added new attributes to URL for checksum calculations.

Latest samples after IEEE WG review.
