Description

This package contains the Word and PDF files for the BIAS SOAP Profile specification, Ver 1.0, Candidate CSD06, along with the associated WSDL and XSD files. The only change from CSD05 is a change in the BIAS CBEFF XML Patron Format Owner identifier assigned to OASIS form 0x0051 to 0x0052 (due to an administrative error on the part of the registration authority).

This will be voted upon at an emergency meeting of the TC tentatively scheduled for Thur, 4 August.
