(1) The semantic management of a "citizen-centered" content model
will use a Lattice containing a controlled vocabulary and perhaps
multi-level taxonomy describing .gov functions, products, and services in
terms that are meaningful to the public
(2) The semantic management of a UDEF (Universal Data Element Framework) Class of application will use a Lattice containing a BOM (Bill of Materials) and an RDFS model of Product-specific concepts. |
