Minutes:

1) The second face to face in Redmond, Sept 20-21 9:00-5:00.

Action item: Andy is to send more detailed information this week.

2) Top-level element.
Issue: How much support are we going to mandate: batch-type-request vs individual request.

Agreement: That a DSMLv2 compliant MUST accept dsmlEnvelopeRequest OR individual request

Disagreement: It MUST NOT accept both dsmlEnveloperRequest AND individual request.

Points made:
- This restriction precludes the future.

- DSMLv2 must be well-defined, and other parties are allowed to expand.
- Allowing other technique to envelope the dsmlv2 documents.
- LDIFF and SOAP are the only binding reference in DSMLv2?

Action Item: Jeff Parham will clarify his points.

3) Issue from last week: SOAP:Fault vs SOAP:Response for DSML errors.
Action item: Andy will follow up before the next meeting

4) It would be great to itemize outstanding issues prior to the next week conference call.
