It was agreed to be able to express in XML schema what constitutes an object Identifier

RESOLUTION: Agreed

issue 13: one xsd or two

Resolution: Agreed to use a single XSD

issue 14: Are URIs to be supported

ACTION: Continue discussion on mailing list: Needs definition for various transports.

issue 15: Drop verbiage from section 4 Top Level Structures

Response: Agreed

issue 16: Should we remove Search Response from Lop Level Entity
