    AZ - AZ presented at the LRC Conference in Limerick, also attended TEKOM Conference in Wiesbaden, also conducted Webinars GALA Localization standards

3. OAXAL and ETSI

   AZ - AZ acting as liaison with ETSI LIS

4. OAXAL 2.0 items

  AZ - we woudl like to add more to OAXAL, DS - look at classifying version numbers etc as per DITA TC. AZ - add TBX and TBX Simple. DS - how to add automated processing systems - Linked Data is a possible template. AZ - We shoudl look at existing Standards fow Workflows and notations. AZ - Look at work being carried out with Interoperability Now and Linport. AZ - Linport looks as if it is moving to OASIS. DS - Improving the context aspect of the translation is also very important, maintain not only the per segment context but also in body context. Preview for DITA topics to be effective as well as those with specialization. Another issue is conrefs - provide translators with adequate contextual information.

5. Closer co-operation with DITA TC discussions

  DS - Very good idea to work closely with the DITA Adoption TC, headed by JoAnn Hackos. Would provide a good way of improving the workflows for DITA, plus help with Localization issues.
