Alan from BYU request persistent non-voter status until March 2017 – status to switch to persistent non-voter as of Oct-11-2016 meeting.

Motion: David Filip proposes that the TC requests to create the two github repositories listed above, with the maintainers and description as shown, and the TC instructs the chair to submit the requests to OASIS Administration.

2- Liaisons

TBX Steering Committee / ISO TC37/SC3

During the current revision of TBX as ISO standrad, the idea is to change the inline data model of TBX to the same is in XLIFF 2. David joined the steering committee, appointed to the ISO TC37/SC3 by NSAI (as an Irish national expert) and will be continuing to work on that with Alan. This will malke the TBX mapping above even more straightforward.

XLIFF 2.1 – discussions around change tracking module, a few data categories still need review, DF working on draft, feedback appreciated

dF: We at XLIFF OMOS are not working on an API, just the OM, we want their API to be compliant with our OM, use our serializations, mappings etc.
