Membership Application Instructions

Follow this checklist to join OASIS.

Before you apply:

  • Determine which membership level and category is appropriate for your organization. See categories and dues and benefits matrix for details.

  • Review OASIS Policies and Procedures to learn about OASIS governance and expectations.

  • Identify a Primary Contact who will be responsible for your organization's overall participation. Optionally, you may also identify contacts for other important roles, such as: Voting, Administrative, Billing, Marketing, and Public Relations.

  • Decide if you plan to support one or more OASIS Member Sections (optional).

To apply:

  • Complete the OASIS Membership Agreement using either the

  • Fill in all required fields including:

  • signature from a person with authority to sign on behalf of your organization; and

  • your choice of payment method: credit card (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, JCB, Discover), check, or wire transfer.

  • Return your signed Membership Agreement via
  • email attachment to member-services@oasis-open.org; or

  • fax to +1 978-667-5114; or

  • postal or express mail to:

After applying:

  • Allow three business days for your application to be processed. When processing is complete, you will receive email notification including a copy of your signed agreement.
