OASIS makes it easy to become part of the open standards process. To get started, simply:

• Step 1: Complete the OASIS Membership Agreement.
  Apply online if your employer is not already an OASIS member.

• Step 2: Create a UserName and Password.
  Each participant in OASIS must complete an account profile, assigning themselves a distinct username and password.

• Step 3: Get involved in the ways that best meet your needs.
  
  
  • Join one (or more) OASIS Committees as a Member or Observer.
    
    
  • Start a new Committee.
    
    
  • Access the members-only website.
    
    
  • Contribute relevant technical work to new or existing Committees.
    
    
  • Track work in progress by receiving Committee communications.
