The Company Data Report tool is used to create customized reports of company data according to search criteria input by a report admin. The online report will list all companies that meet the search criteria. Download the report to view all available data for these companies.

Search for a company or set of companies by setting any or all of the optional fields to refine the search criteria. To view all available companies, leave the search fields set to the default values. If you set search criteria in more than one field, the results will only show companies that match all search criteria.
Note
Depending on the path you took to this page, the Search and Select steps may have been accomplished through another tool, in which case you will not see the forms described in these first two steps.
Options
- Company
Enter a full or partial value for the company name. The default is 'Any Company'.
- Company Type
Set this value to search for companies with this specific type, or use the default value 'All Company Types' to retrieve all types of companies.
- Purpose
Set this value to search for companies with a specific purpose: 'Member Company', 'Company for Individual Members', 'Nonmember' or 'Staff or Administration'. If set to the default, 'Any Purpose', the search results will not be restricted by purpose.
- Current Status
Set this value to search for companies with this status type. This can be 'Active' or 'Inactive', or use the default value 'Any Status' to retrieve both active and inactive companies.
A Company Data Report is displayed according to the search criteria you provided. To see all the information available for each company, download the report. Company data downloaded from this report shows one company per line. Each column heading shows the name of a field as it is recorded in the database. Most field names are similar to the labels seen on Kavi Members pages.
- item_key
Used to create a unique entry for each company in the database.
- status
This will be 'active' or 'inactive', indicating whether users from this company can access protected areas of the site.
- display_publicly
1 indicates a 'Yes' answer to the question 'Privacy Option', and 0 indicates a 'No'.
- deactivation_date
The date on which this company's account was deactivated.
- last_modified
The last time the company's information was changed in the database.
Options available on the report are:
- Print-Ready
Removes the look and feel of the web site surrounding the report and scales the displayed report for printing.
- Download

Select a file format and download the data in this report to a file on your computer.
Available file formats are:
- Comma-Separated-Values (CSV)
File format used to transfer data from one application to another. Each record comprises one line, with values for that record separated by commas (e.g., first name, last name, email address).
- Excel Spreadsheet
Spreadsheet file created by, and which can be opened and manipulated by, Microsoft Excel.
- Pipe Delimited (available on most reports)
File format used to transfer data from one application to another. Each record comprises one line, with values for that record separated by pipes, (e.g., first name | last name | email address).
