A Company Membership Report is displayed according to the search criteria you provided. The same company may appear in more than one row in the report if the company has multiple memberships. Download the report to view all available memberhip data. Each column heading shows the name of a field as it is recorded in the database. Most field names are similar to the labels seen on Kavi Members pages.
Fields that may not be familiar from Members pages include:
- state
The status of this membership. See Membership Workflow Concepts.
- renewed_with
If the membership was renewed, this is the membership type of the new membership.
- creation_date
The day on which this membership was created. The presence of a date value in this field does not indicate whether the company is a current member or not, but only that a membership was created for this company.
- activation_date
The day on which this membership account was activated (i.e., the date on which the membership state became 'current').
- last_modified
The date of the most recent change of this membership information.
- moderation_queue_date
The date this membership entered the moderation queue. The 'moderated_date' field will be empty if the membership is not a moderated membership type or if it has yet to enter the moderation queue.
- moderated_date
The date this membership was approved. This will be blank if the membership is not a moderated membership type. Rejected memberships are automatically deleted from the system and do not appear in this report.
- archived_date
The day on which this membership was archived.
- source
The origination of the membership; either 'new' or 'renewal'.
