Search for templates by setting any or all of the optional fields to refine the search criteria. Leave the search fields at default values to view all templates.

For the Template Name, Subject and Text Fields, you can enter full or partial text.

In the Template Type field, select whether the template is an email or page text template.

In the Template Target field, select whether the template is addressed to users or company representatives.

From the list of templates, select an template to edit. Check the radio buttons to select/deselect the templates. If there is only one template record, it will be preselected. If you do not see the template you are looking for, click 'Back' to try the search again. Entering more details in the search will result in a smaller number of templates from which to select.

You will be able to review the template to make sure it is the one you wish to delete before permanently deleting it from the database.
