| Automated email is sent in response to actions that occur independently of administrator action. For example, a new bill can be created because someone has applied for a membership online. The administrator does not have to create this bill by hand since the bill is created automatically as part of the signup process. This automated action (the creation of the bill) will trigger the associated automated email template (in this case, New Bill Notice). | ||
