The View Email Notification Schedules page allows you to view the automated email notifications sent when a membership enters a membership workflow state.
Kavi Members automatically sends email when a membership application is submitted, when members are deactivated, etc. There are set of automated emails designed to provide notification of significant events related to membership status, such as when a membership account request enters the moderation queue, or when the request is approved and the membership becomes active or current.
A link to edit the email templates will also be available.
View the schedule of existing membership notifications, for individuals, companies or company representatives.
View a tabular list of existing individual, company and company representative membership email notifications.
Depending on email configuration, the following fields may be displayed:
- Template
The email template on which this email is based. You can edit this template by clicking on the Edit Template link.
- When
The event on which the email notification schedule is based and the time frame in relation to this event.
- Who

In case of individuals, the user(s) to whom this email notification will be sent and the user(s) who will be cc'd.
In case of companies and company representatives, the contacts to which this email will be sent. This can be an email alias or email address.
- Status
The status of this email notification. This will be either 'active' or 'inactive'. Inactive email notifications will never be sent.
