As referenced in the Member Agreement.
Before continuing, you should become fully aware of the terms of the OASIS Membership Agreement as you are entering into that agreement.
After you submit this form you will be required to confirm your Member Agreement by signature of an authorized person.

Individual Member ($300.00 USD)

Individual membership provides persons without IPR restrictions, who are unable to join OASIS through an employer, with a means to participate meaningfully in the technical work of the Consortium.Eligibility:
Unaffiliated persons are eligible for Individual membership if they are not obligated by an implicit or implied employment agreement under which they have assigned ownership of their intellectual property to another party or organization. Such an assignment of intellectual property rights is typical of many employment agreements and some consulting contracts.Associate Member ($1200.00 USD)

Companies and organizations unable to fund Contributor or Sponsor membership may request Associate member status. Associate membership provides a limited benefit package, similar to that of Individual membership. Associate membership is held in the organization's name, although participation is restricted to one employee. Associate Members is a non-voting membership category and does not vote on corporate ballots.Eligibility:
Associate membership is the appropriate membership category for those organizations that:* Hold their employees Intellectual Property Rights
* Desire limited participation and benefits
* Have no more than one employee who would be participating in OASIS.
