Minor Edits to EDXL-DE

Hi, we found a couple of minor issues to the latest EDXL-DE (14 Feb)  
"Valentine" CD:

1 - (Page 14) The element "combindedConfidentiality" is called  
"combinedConfidentiality"
in the XML Schema. We assume the XML Schema is correct.

2 - (page 19/20) The "circle" and "polygon" elements no longer refer  
to the static attribute "value"
but it still appears in the XML Schema. The "spatialType" can be  
removed from the XML Schema
and the datatype for  these two elements set to xsd:string

Another small point, Pages 41 to 47 show over 6 pages of base64  
binary data and since this is just an
example, a bit of overkill? Couldn't we cut down to the first and  
last few lines of data for that element?
