Members of the SCA-Bindings TC, A Special Majority Vote ballot to approve SCA Web Service Binding Specification v1.1 as a Committee Specification has been set up. The ballot opens 24 May 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remains open through 31 May 2013 at 23:59 GMT.
