Background:
As discussed on the last telecon, the WSRF Primer has been updated with links to the final specs and with links to the complete XML examples. Some of the latter will not properly resolve until we publish the contents of the wsrf-primer-1.2-examples-wd-15.zip to the OASIS "docs" library. This would usually happen after the TC has approved the document as a committee draft.
