As discussed during the last committee con-call final edits have been made to the specification, core schema and bindings document, all of which are referenced below as final versions. This ballot seeks approval to adopt these drafts as the official 1.0 committee specification. At least 2/3 of the total voting membership of our TC must approve with the disapproval of no more than 1/4.
