Approval of a Transition Request to the TC Administrator asking him to conduct a Transition Approval Ballot by which the Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee would adopt the Royalty Free on Limited Terms IP mode defined in Sections 10.2.1 and 10.2.3 of the OASIS Intellectual Property Policy.
