Title Preliminary attendance plans for Jan F2F in Hursley, UK
Description 
IBM will host a F2F in the UK on Jan 16-18. This will be immediately after the completion of the BA PR. The anticipated goal is to address BA review comments and prepare the TX specs for final submission as as OASIS standard. 
We need to make sure we will have a quorate meeting before confirming this F2F so please indicate your intentions to attend in person or by phone.
