XLIFF TC Meeting Frequency

Problem: Given the number of important XLIFF issues our agenda gets long. We do not have time to get to each issue during our 60 minute meetings. It could be better if we met twice a month. But history has shown us that members have had a difficult time attending two meetings per month. This has caused us to have meetings that did not attract enough members to achieve quorum.

Please vote for which of these would be the best solution for you.

[ ]  Return to twice per month meetings (I will do my best to attend)
[ ]  Continue to have one meeting per month, but start with what ever agenda item would have been next (example: if we finish items 1 thru 4 in January’s meeting, we start with item 5 in February’s meeting)
[ ]  Continue to have one meeting per month, but form subcommittees for some of the complex issues (bring the subcommittee’s report and recommendation to the TC when appropriate)
[ ]  Continue to have one meeting per month, but extend the meeting length to 90 minutes (add the extra 30 minutes to the end of the meetings)
[ ]  Continue to have one meeting per month, but extend the meeting length to 90 minutes (start the meetings 30 minutes earlier)
[ ]  Continue to have one meeting per month, just go faster
[ ]  I have a better idea. (write your idea in the comment box)
