Shall the Extensible Resource Identifier (XRI) Syntax V2.0 specification, as approved on 14 November 2005 (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xri/ballot.php?id=868) be submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote?
This Specification Approval Motion includes a Designated Cross-Reference Change per Section 2.18 of the OASIS TC Process document to the following specification:
XRI Resolution 2.0 v1.0 CD03 (currently under ballot for CS approval).

Expected approval status: OASIS Standard, June 2008
The TC acknowledges that approval and publication of the specification may be delayed by the Designated Cross-Reference Changes.
This vote requires at least 2/3 of all Extensible Resource Identifier (XRI) TC voting members to vote in the affirmative.
