As discussed in [1] we are now required to nominate which one of our spec formats (Word, PDF, HTML) is authoritative with respect to the others. TC members have expressed preferences for the Word source and generated PDF formats. This ballot will choose one of these.
Summary:
"Word format" - This has the advantage that it is source format from which PDF and HTML are generated.
"PDF format" - This has the advantage of a more ubiquitous reader.
Please vote for your choice of authoritative format for the spec.
