Title Rewritable Resource URLs and Should the path be rewritable
Description 
Should Resource URLS (proxied and getResource) client rewritability extend to some portion of the URL's path. This will allow for a number of use cases:
* RIA
* REST
* Relative Resource inclusion (e.g. img src="../images/foo.jpg")
* Search Engine Optimization
* Human Readable / Well Designed URLs

However, this will force the consumer to follow certain standard conventions when formatting URL on the client (such as no use of parameters for its own state).
